Kudu brand rope manufacture

  • Rope Diameter ranges from 6mm to 50mm.
  • Strand construction can be 3 or 4 strands.
  • Direction of Twist is “Z” or Right Hand Lay.
  • Rope length ranges 100 to 220meters per Coil, although length is adjustable upto 500meters depending on the rope diameter. 
  • COLOURING: Rope is usually coloured Orange, golden yellow or Natural sisal colour although other colours can be ordered at purchaser’s request.
  • Other requests can be discussed such as rot proofing, and water retention reduction.

Uses of sisal yarn, twine and sisal ropes

Sisal yarn and twine used as a bailer and binder twine. Trellising material in horticulture.

Sisal Rope used for lifting applications.

Sisal Rope and cordage used for Mooring, Lashing, Craft fastening, & handling cargo.

Lifting, Cargo handling, Wire Core Ropes for steel wire cables on elevators.

Sisal yarn used to make buffing cloth, polishing cloth, and other woven products.
